Attire/Dress: Proper attire is required for entry to the restaurant, bar, and lounge Our smart casual dress code encourages polished elegance. Jackets not required. Please note that hats, baseball caps, sweatpants, excessively ripped jeans and athletic attire are not permitted. Large bags, duffle bags, and backpacks must be checked at the coat check and are not allowed in the dining areas or bar.

Complimentary coat check services are available at the host stand for your convenience.

Parking: Self parking is available in the front, sides and rear of the restaurant and is complimentary. Overnight RV Parking is permitted with purchase and approval from Moxie Management.

Reservations: Reservations at Moxie Wood Fire Grill are strongly encouraged. Large party (over six guests) reservations will need  to be made with our reservations team by calling 607-237-0779. We may or may not require credit card information to be put on file for some or all reservations and the information is gathered in a way that is PCI compliant. Our standard cancellation policy requires our guests to cancel 24 hours prior to their reservation. Guests who do not cancel with adequate notice, no show, or short show their reservation are subject to $25 per person fee. Parties of 8 or more guests will have the convenience of a automatic 20% gratuity.

Corkage: As wine lovers ourselves, we welcome guests who bring their favorite wine from their cellar. The Moxie Corkage Fee is $25/bottle.

Celebration Desserts: Moxie offers a wide range of desserts and after dinner beverages, but if you want to celebrate your special someone by bringing in a specially prepared cake, pie or dessert please be aware there is a nominal $4.00/guest fee.

Credit Card Fee: Moxie Wood Fire Grill charges an additional 3% on all credit card transactions to help offset processing costs. This amount is not more than what we pay in fees. The fee does not apply to debit card or cash transactions.

Accessibility: We welcome all guests with disabilities. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are working animals—not pets—and are permitted in all areas of our restaurant where customers are normally allowed. This includes all indoor dining rooms, outdoor patios, waiting areas, and restrooms.

Dining at Moxie Wood Fire Grill is designed to be an immersive and elegant experience, fostering genuine connection and engagement. To preserve the ambiance of our dining room, we kindly request that guests refrain from using laptops or tablets while dining. We also kindly ask all guests to refrain from speaker phone/video calls in the restaurant as a courtesy to other diners. We appreciate your understanding.
